Smukt sommerhus med privat pool vest for Castellammare del Golfo på Sicilien. Fra huset har du en spektakulær udsigt over en smuk dal der ender på det blå hav ved Scopello (opført på UNESCO listen). Villa Scire er omgivet af en 1000 kvadratmeter stor have med middelhavsplanter: Ejendommen er til gæsternes eksklusive brug.
Med 2 soveværelser og 2 badeværelser er denne villa perfekt til en mindre familie eller to par.
Feriehuset er indrettet i moderne stil og er på to niveauer. De store vinduer giver følelsen af at være udenfor, selv når du sidder behageligt i stuen. Fra hjørnet af huset har du panoramaudsigt over det fantastiske sicilianske landskab og med havet i det fjerne.
Udenfor er der forskellige afslapningsområder: en møbleret spiseplads og komfortable loungestole ved poolen garanterer ro og ro efter at have tilbragt dagen med at udforske Sicilien.

Second start in this wonderful villa. There really is nothing to fault. Beds are very comfortable. View from top bedroom spectacular. Large Pool cleaned twice during our stay.The owner is available by text and his parents make checking in and out simple. The area is beautiful with plenty to do. Scopello is a beautiful little hamlet with a number of excellent restaurants to choose from all serving fantastic fresh food. A few little shops and bars. Great atmosphere at nighttime. Castellammare is a lovely harbour which really comes to life in the evening. Again, great restaurants. Very good supermarkets in Castellammarre.

Très agréable séjour, la piscine est vraiment très agréable. Tout est très propre. Bon équipement ; lave vaisselle et lingerie. Très bon accueil. Décoration moderne. La douche et les toilettes à l’extérieur sont vraiment un plus. Nous ne l’avons pas utilisée mais belle cuisine extérieure avec BBQ. Une petite chambre supplémentaire est possible sur demande, c’est vraiment bien. Machine à café de qualité avec café offert. Un fond d’épicerie, sacs poubelles, sopalin etc prévus. C’est bien agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Det er et super dejligt sted og huset er bare skønt. Alt var i orden og virker perfekt.
Det eneste udfordring var at ham vi modtog nøglen af samt skulle vise os rundt i huset kunne kun tale Italiensk. Det var noget af en udfordring når vi ikke kunne italiensk. Men alt lykkes og vi har været rigtig glad for en dejlig uge i huset.
Kan varmt anbefale det til andre.

Bellissima villa sulle colline di Castellammare del golfo, situata in una posizione strategica per poter visitare i posti più belli della provincia.
La casa è completa di ogni optional, tra cui anche una Jacuzzi in camera matrimoniale, una zona lavanderia dove effettuare il bucato, una zona barbecue e una bellissima piscina utile qualora non si abbia voglia di andare in spiaggia.
Infine, da non dimenticare è l'incantevole panorama sul golfo di Castellammare.
Colgo l'occasione per ringraziare il proprietario, persona seria e disponibile.

Ovviamente per quello che si paga ci si aspetta una qualità 5 stelle…e molte volte non è così, invece a Villa Scirè è così. Dalla cordialità e gentilezza dei proprietari (Francesco e Enzo) alla comodità di casa passando per la privacy assoluta che c’è. È tutto perfetto, vista panoramica, piscina con pulizia continua. Condizionatori sacrosanti. C’è qualsiasi tipo di confort che magari se qualche giorno si vuole rimanere a casa lo si può fare tranquillamente.

WOW what a fantastic villa. Can't fault it! Stunning views. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds and sofas. Master bedroom is stunning with it's balcony. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. Had one small issue with level of water in pool but the owner was very helpful and sorted it the next day. We have stayed in Scopello and Castellmarre before and this was situated halfway between the two which was ideal. 10 mins to either by car. Best beach is Guidaloca, 10 mins drive. Peaceful area with stunning views.

Excellent villa with a great view and good location with privacy. Pool really good and outside bbq and kitchen really useful. Villa very clean and well looked after with good facilities and all in very good order. Great views and only 10 minutes drive into the local town. Great outside kitchen with privacy but good views. Pool good with sun and shade for those who want it. Two good sized bedrooms with good facilities. Owner Very helpful and friendly

Beautiful modern house on the hill with beautiful views everywhere you look. Everything is just as pretty as the pictures show, if not more. Communication with owner was excellent. Just a 10 min drive to the Deco grocery store and the beaches of Castellammare. We liked it so much we extended our stay!

Great location and view. Modern and minimalist. A few simple things could improve it further like more glasses and tea / coffee cups, roasting tin and better prep knives. An information sheet or folder would be helpful.

It is definitely a nice property and the owner is very responsive. If anything you can text him and he will respond very fast.
Beautiful pool, view and layout of the property.
We had some minor issues and most were fixed immediately. The reason for four stars instead of five? The father of the owner came by really early on check-out day. Check out is at 10AM and he popped up at 08:30 around the house to fix a watertab and do some other maintenance work. Not so cool.
For the rest we had a great stay at a really nice location.

We were very happy with the location and condition of the property. It was very clean, had a nice garden, pool was lovely, it was cleaned once per week and it was air conditioned which was needed in the heat. We appreciated the extra set of linen for our 2 week stay. The only issues were little things like a really cheap and slow plastic toaster and an antiquated iron and ironing board. Check in and check out were handled by the Owners who speak no English, so that was a hassle, as it took so long to ask questions and have them answered with Itranslator, however they were very kind. We only saw their son Enzo who speaks English once and that was when he met us after we complained about the poor quality chopping boards and lack of Kitchen knives which he happily and quickly replaced. A few cushions on the sofas and extra pillows (there was only 1 per person) would make the place more comfortable. Plastic chairs in the outside dining area were uncomfortable and cushions there would be nice. Longer term a shaded parking area would be fantastic.
I hate this issue of giving the owner the security deposit in cash then getting it back on check-out. Much better to pay it to you as part of the rental or you keep credit card details for breakages etc

We had a wonderful time at this home. It is a great location with excellent views. Communication was great-prior, during and after. The home was clean with plenty of space for our family of 4.

Perfect villa tucked away on a hill with incredible views. About 6 minutes drive to the Castellammare del Golfo port. Likewise, the home is just a quick drive to Scopello and many beaches. We stayed with our two young boys who loved the pool and playing football on the grounds. The villa has all the amenities you need to a perfect holiday stay.

Ottima soluzione per una vacanza in totale privacy e tranquillità. Come da descrizione del sito. Una bellissima villa. Ottima posizione, vicina alla città di Castellammare Del Golfo, in posizione panoramica, con una bella vista sul golfo e tanta riservatezza. Cucina completamente accessoriata e fornita di tutto l’occorrente. Con le temperature di agosto l’Aria condizionata è da potenziare, Due camere ben arredate e confortevoli. I materassi migliorabili e nella camera principale l’aria condizionata è da sistemare. Immersa nella tranquillità. I principali servizi sono a 10 minuti di macchina. La casa ci è stata consegnata perfettamente pulita. Due bei bagni puliti e completi di tutti. I proprietari sempre disponibili e cortesi, hanno soddisfatto le nostre richieste.

This house is lovely, in the morning you can sit overlooking the valley and the sea in the shadow. The beds are good, the bathrooms are good and for the master spacious. The kitchen should have a watercooker for tea, which is missing now also a proper cutting knife is missing and enough clothes hangers. For the pool is floating stuff available and there is a proper washing machine.
The village of Castelmare is very nice with good restaurants and souvenir shops. Be aware of the steep and narrow streets!

A perfect holiday in every way. From booking to the accommodation which was outstanding. The host of the property was very helpful and gave us recommendations to make our holiday even better. We will return one day.

A lovely villa with stunning views. Great pool and lovely stylish interior. Close to local towns and harbour. Great space to explore the coast.

Beautiful villa with a great view. Friendly owner. The villa is well located to explore the region. Downside if you go with two couples, there is one very large bedroom and bathroom (bathtub and shower) with a terrace on the first floor, the second bedroom is on the ground floor, much smaller, no view at all.
